The ISIS ACADEMY has a unique track record in three different fields of expertise, which are the foundation pillars of the ISIS Academy Master Classes:

2. Organizational and Cultural Change
3. Personal Development and Mastery

The founders of the ISIS Academy GmbH – Alan AtKisson and Axel Klimek – build on more than 20 years of experience in these different fields of expertise.

Alan AtKisson has been involved since 1990 in the development of frameworks and strategies to initiate, guide, strengthen, and provide an integrating structure for sustainability initiatives, in multiple ways and in multiple sectors. He is also a content expert in several areas of sustainability practice.

Axel Klimek has been coaching individuals since 1985 to make the best out of their given potential. He has designed and managed professional “train-the-trainer“ programs, often working with corporate executives and senior government officials.

Both have created, developed and run various kinds of professional training workshops and course since the early 1990s and have been involved in change processes for private and public organizations for most of that time as well.

Our Faculty of trainers and content experts are some of the most experienced and gifted teachers and facilitators in their fields.

The glowing feedback from our training participants, the full Academy’s passion to make sustainable development work, and a personal commitment to support individuals and organisations to be successful in their sustainability endeavours, convinced Alan and Axel to expand the ISIS Academy and to create the ISIS Academy GmbH in 2011.
