We are a group of passionate, highly skilled, and very experienced advocates for sustainable development and the art of organisational change. Work has taken us all over the world as strategic consultants, management advisors, and professional trainers, through which we have accumulated decades of experience in the practice of sustainable development, change, and innovation.

Our experience has taught us the need to listen carefully and deeply first in order to understand the whole picture. We believe in meeting people where they are, and then helping them to climb the learning curve and the ladder of skills as quickly as they can.

Our backgrounds are very diverse, ranging from science and systems modeling, to business management and entrepreneurship, to psychology and organizational development practice. We are also skilled communicators and use a variety of different tools to help participants of our classes who use to understand new issues and methods, and connect it to their own experience. We use theoretical inputs, interactive exercises, games, stories, even music to help in grasping and mastering complex information.

The faculty and administration of the ISIS Academy is dedicated to supporting the participants, in both their professional and personal development, as we work together to tackle some of the most urgent challenges which we face as human beings, as organisations, as communities and as the whole world.
