François Raguenot

François has graduated from Agrocampus Ouest in France. With a background in the food business engineer he has worked from 1997 to 2001 in the food sector before graduating from Grenoble School of Management (MBA) and then starting ESPERE with Jean-François Fillaut.

ESPERE is a cooperative consulting company (with 5 collaborators) which is specialized in Corporate Social Responsibility assessment (ISO 6000), CSR strategic consulting, greenhouse gases emissions assessment, carbon strategic consulting and north-south cooperation (ESPERE started a sister company as a social business in Dakar, Senegal in 2009). ESPERE is an affiliate of the AtKisson Group.

François has worked for more than 30 companies, helping them to identify their main Sustainable Development issues and developing inspiring and pragmatic vision and strategies to change effectively towards sustainability. These interventions are based on three main pillars :

• The AtKisson Group’s ISIS method,
• The Natural Step’s ABCD method
• The ISO 26000 references

He’s also accredited by AFNOR (French official standardization body) for ISO 26000 evaluation of companies and a Sustainable Development expert for the French Federation of Agricultural Cooperatives.

Every year, François introduces the students of some major major french universities with the subject of Sustainable Development Strategy and ISO 26000 (Ecole des Mines de Paris, Agrocampus de Rennes).
